Uplifting and Refreshing Essential Oils Review #essential oils

One of my new year resolution was to be healthy and use essential oils.


Luckily I got chance to implement on it as well. I recently tried Peppermint Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oil. InstaNatural sent to me 2 huge bottles of these amazing oils. I used them in every possible way I can think of.

PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL

First of its a huge bottle, It has 4 oz of pure peppermint essential oil. When I opened the protective seal I was taken away by the smell. It was so calming and refreshing. I read it somewhere that peppermint oil is good for sinus headaches and guess what I had severe headache which I am pretty sure was because of sinus congestion. I wont say it fixed me right away but it surely helped tremendously. I think I over used it because I had that tingling feeling afterwards. Well it was just the beginning
I made my own tooth paste by using couple of ingredients (blog post coming soon ) and used peppermint oil. I loved it, because I made it and it has no chemicals. It refreshes my breath and it stays like that for a long time.

100% Pure Steam-Distilled Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita)

LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL
I love the smell of lemons and lemon essential oil is the next best thing. There are many uses. I tried few new things and it turned out great.
I made a body scrub and used lemon oil. Oh I loved it so much. It was the best scrub ever with just 4 ingredients.
I used sugar, olive oil , argan oil and couple of drops of Lemon essential oil and got the best homemade scrub. I felt very clean and refreshed after using it. After the shower my bathroom smelled so amazing.

I love how these essential oils can change your overall mood and uplift you.
