Melatonin: A Remedy for Your Sleepless Nights!

I never had problem falling asleep, I was always the first one to sleep at the right time and without any issues, but lately I had lot of big changes in my life and the stress level slightly increased.
The first thing that changed was my sleep pattern.
I would stay up for whole night and since I am not used to it, I was worried for my health.
I am hoping this is not a permanent issue, but I was looking for a safe way or supplement that will solve my sleeplessness.
Recently when I got chance to try Melatonin I was not sure.

Light decreases melatonin production and signals the body to prepare for being awake. Some people who have trouble sleeping have low levels of melatonin. It is thought that adding melatonin from supplements might help them sleep.

My thoughts
I started using Natrol melatonin as the instructions says, to take it 20 minutes before going to bed.
So I took it thinking it wont work and before I knew it I was fast asleep. I was not restless and I did not wake up in the middle of the night.
I woke up early morning , very fresh and feeling all energetic. When I was not taking Natrol Melatonin, I was always tired and the whole day I would feel lazy and I had no energy to do anything.

I was really happy that it worked when I was pretty sure nothing can help me.
With a good night sleep it was easy for me to tackle the issues and stresses going on in my life.
It is a great way to get your precious sleep back and the best thing I like is that it will not make me addicted to it.
